I thank you all for your patience as I have spent quite a bit of time out of town at conferences. I believe that I have caught up all of the work and have posted it. Thanks to those of you who so graciously helped and encouraged me through the technology. I admit...I am a dinosaur! Perhaps this should be my picture instead of me! Thanks to all.
